Returns & Exchanges
*Please note* Returns/Exchanges take up to 7 business days to be reviewed. We will send you an email with more information once your return has been reviewed.
Follow these simple steps to register your return :
- Head to our Returns Portal here
- Enter your order number (e.g. M12345) and email address or phone number. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
- Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
- Confirm if you're returning or exchanging your item(s)
- Select the method you’ll be returning your order by.
- **PLEASE NOTE** - Returns take up to 7 business days to be reviewed and approved. We will send you an email with more information once your return has been reviewed.
- FREE Returns within the U.S.
- International Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items. We do offer reshipments.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered." We do offer reshipments.
- We charge a $5 reshipment fee if there is an undeliverable address or attempted delivery return.
