We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, our process is simple and hassle‑free.

Exchanges
- You have 14 Days from your delivery date to exchange an item.
- One exchange per order, multiple items allowed.
- 🇺🇸 U.S. Customers: If you opt into Checkout+ we provide a free prepaid return label and free exchange shipping for one exchange. If you did not opt in, you will be charged for a return label upon submitting your return.
- 🌎 International Customers: If you opt into Checkout+ we provide a free prepaid return label and free exchange shipping for one exchange. Duties and taxes are non‑refundable.
- Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color.
- No Restocking Fees
Returns (Refunds)
- You have 14 Days from your delivery date to return an item.
- A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund (U.S. and international).

- 🌎 International Customers: If you opt into Checkout+ we provide a free prepaid return label. If you did not opt in, you will be charged for a return label upon submitting your return. Duties and taxes are non‑refundable.
Store Credit Option
Prefer store credit? We’ll waive the $5 fee so you receive the full amount to use on your next order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, your return or exchange will be 100% free.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
🇺🇸 For U.S. Customers
- Go to our U.S Returns Portal
- Enter your Email or Zip Code AND Order # or Tracking # exactly as shown on your order confirmation.
- Select the item(s) you are returning or exchanging and provide the reason.
- Choose your Return or Exchange option.
- Click Submit Return/Exchange.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your return label. (Check your junk/spam folder if it doesn’t appear.)
Please ship returns in a small bubble mailer (original shipping mailer from us) or letter-size envelope. Boxes (including Amazon boxes) cannot be used, as the prepaid return label only covers letter-size shipments. The post office will reject packages sent in a box.
🌎 International Returns
International customers are responsible for their own return postage.
- Go to our International Returns Portal
- Enter your Email or Zip Code AND Order # or Tracking # exactly as shown on your order confirmation.
- Select the item(s) you are returning or exchanging and provide the reason.
- Choose your Return or Exchange option.
- Click Submit Return/Exchange.
You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to ship your return.
Return/Exchange Conditions
- Items must be in original condition and packaging within 14 Days of your delivery date. Items that have been worn, scratched, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- Please ship returns in a small bubble mailer (original shipping mailer from us) or letter-size envelope. Boxes (including Amazon boxes) cannot be used, as the prepaid return label only covers letter-size shipments. The post office will reject packages sent in a box.
- Refunds will not be granted if the item is damaged while in your possession.
- We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen items. Reshipments will be offered.
- We do not offer refunds on orders where tracking shows “delivered.” Reshipments will be offered.
- We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
- We do not offer refunds on clothing, final sale.
- Items returned without their original packaging (Marcozo pouch & barcode) will receive store credit only. If you prefer a refund, you can send the original packaging at your expense; once received, we’ll process your refund.
- For Stack & Save bundles, if an item from a bundle is returned, the remaining items will be charged at full price. Refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
- Returns not shipped or dropped off within 14 days of your delivery date will be voided.
What is Checkout+?
At checkout you will have an option to opt into Checkout+ which includes:
- Easy Returns: All return shipping labels will be free for your order.

Package Protection: In the rare event your package is stolen, lost, or damaged in transit, simply file a claim HERE and we'll replace your item for free.
Checkout+ is available in the US, CA, UK, EU, AU, and NZ.
