Follow these simple steps to register your U.S. return :
- Head to U.S. Returns Portal here: https://marcozo.happyreturns.com/
- Enter your order number (e.g. M12345) and Zipcode. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
- Select which item(s) you are returning or exchanging and why.
- Choose your Return/Exchange option
- Click Submit Return
- You should receive a confirmation email with your free return label (Please check your junk/spam mail too)
🌎 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 🌎
Follow these simple steps to register your return :
- Head to our International Returns Portal here: https://360.postco.co/marcozo
- Enter your order number (e.g. M12345) and email address or phone number. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
- Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
- Confirm if you're returning or exchanging your item(s)
- Select the method you’ll be returning your order by.
- Submit Return
Extended Holiday Returns & Exchanges: We will refund any item(s) returned in original condition within 60 days from your order shipping date provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.
- FREE Returns within the U.S.
- International Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items. We do offer reshipments.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered." We do offer reshipments.
- We charge a $5 reshipment fee if there is an undeliverable address or attempted delivery return.
- Returns that have not been dropped off or shipped within 30 days will expire.
