If your product damages, fades, or breaks, the Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the same product (This includes size and color) - all that we ask is you cover the shipping & handling cost of $15 for each piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
