Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (Not including weekends or holidays) after your payment has been verified. Once verified, you will receive an email with your tracking link!

 

Please note tracking emails might end up in your spam/junk mail so we recommend checking that too.

We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on orders over $99 USD!

 

For orders under $99 USD:

United States - $4.95

Canada - $5.95

International - $7.95

 

If you're order has just been shipped please allow up to 2 days for the tracking link to update in the shipping courier website.

 

If you're order is in transit and the tracking is not updating, do not worry this is normal as the shipping couriers sometimes don't update the tracking links but we can assure you that your order is on the way to your location!

 

If you're tracking link hasn't updated in over 3 weeks please feel free to reach out to us via email at contact@marcozo.com and our team will look into this for you.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

We ship worldwide excluding a couple of countries that we're not able to ship to. 

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 2-3 business days to process it for shipment. (This does not include weekends or holidays)

If your tracking is showing that it's been delivered but you haven't received it, please wait a few days as we've been seeing couriers mark packages as delivered but then end up actually delivering the package a few days later. This is something that happens often but rest assured your order will be delivered.

 

If it's been more than 1 week and your order still hasn't shown up, please contact our team and we will happy to look into this!

Products

Our jewelry is made of High Grade 316L Stainless Steel and plated with either Genuine 18 Karat Gold, White Gold, or Black Rhodium.

It's tarnish free, sweat/water proof, and we offer lifetime warranty if anything happens to your jewelry!

Yes! Our jewelry is water proof. You can swim, shower, and sweat in them. They won't fade or tarnish. If anything happens to them, we offer lifetime warranty!

Here at Marcozo we strive for high quality products but sometimes some pieces fall through the cracks of our quality checks due to human error and we truly apologize for that!

Just email us at contact@marcozo.com with your order number & photo of your damaged within 10 days of receiving it and we will get a new replacement shipped to you!

We're very sorry about that! Just email us at contact@marcozo.com with your order number and photo of your damaged jewerly to claim your one-time Lifetime Warranty replacement :)

We're committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry - which is why we offer Lifetime Warranty on all our jewelry!

If your product damages, fades, or breaks, the Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the same product - all that we ask is you cover the shipping cost, that's all!

If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

Our products base metal is stainless steel and then they're plated with 7 microns of real 18 karat gold, 18 karat white gold, or black rhodium. Our products do not fade or tarnish and we offer lifetime warranty if anything happens to them :) 

Most of our necklaces are sold a set which means they will come with the pendant + our standard size chain. If you see that the product image has the pendant and the chain in the photo, and is labeled as "Necklace" in the title, then it comes with our standard chain. If you see that the pendant is shown without the chain, and is labeled "Pendant", that means it comes without the chain and you can add any style chain + length you'd like from our options here: Marcozo Chains or purchase the pendant alone if you already have a chain!

 

Our pendants are removable from the chain and the inside of our bail is 4x6mm.

Only the products listed as "Pendant" in the title and if the pendant is shown without the chain. If the product is listed as "Necklace" and the necklace is shown with the chain, then it automatically comes with our standard chain.

Follow these simple steps to register your U.S. return :

  • Enter your order number (e.g. M12345) and Zipcode. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
  • Select which item(s) you are returning or exchanging and why.
  • Choose your Return/Exchange option

  • You should receive a confirmation email with your free return label (Please check your junk/spam mail too)

Extended Holiday Returns & Exchanges: We will refund any item(s) returned in original condition within 30 days from your order date provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.

  • International Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items while in transit. We do offer reshipments.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered." We do offer reshipments.
  • We charge a $5 reshipment fee if there is an undeliverable address or attempted delivery return.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept Paypal & Cryptocurrency at the checkout.

You will be charged in USD. If you're placing an order outside of the US, your bank will convert it to your local currency. 

We're currently partnered with Sezzle to offer pay later option to split your order in 4 equal payments. This is offered to US & Canadian customers only at the moment.

You will be able to chose that payment option on checkout. 

If your order has not been shipped yet we will grant the refund for the difference but if it has already been shipped than unfortunately we cannot.

If your order hasn't been shipped yet we will apply the discount code and refund you the difference. If your order has already been shipped we cannot apply the discount code.

We currently don't have any physical stores. We only offer our items exclusively on our online website.
