Well let me see, where should I start. First off and most importantly I’d like to let everyone know that the customer service with these lovely employees is like shopping for a Rolls Royce dealership. I had some questions about my purchase and I contacted them to simply to ask if they had a ball park figure of when I would be receiving my necklace and bracelet because I was hoping to wear it for Thanksgiving, that was all. The amazing young lady went above and beyond trying to figure out a solution because the bracelet I ordered is actually special ordered and I wasn’t aware of that. She actually rushed another bracelet of my choice that they had in their inventory that I received the very next day as I’m waiting on my special ordered item I initially ordered.
I can I honestly say that for that moment I actually felt like she cared and wasn’t just doing a great job of caring out her duties because that is her place of employment. I had little insignificant questions about some purchases so I dealt with three different people and the service was exactly the same, impeccable
